How Your Toys are Delivered

Chatterbox Toys uses Australian Air Express for all deliveries. Orders received and paid for by 12 noon business days are dispatched same day and delivered according to Australia Air Express delivery schedule using their express services (Premium and Express Saver).  In most cases delivery will occur next business day but this may vary depending on the service used and technical and/or weather conditions encountered by Australian Air Express.  Deliveries are made to your door and left at your door by the courier driver.  If you have special delivery requirements please email us with the details of your requirements. We will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after they have been scanned as ‘delivered’ by our courier driver.

FREIGHT terms

Our standard shipping charge is $9.95 for up to 10 items provided that these items can be accommodated within the standard large Australian Air Express Satchel. Additional charges may apply for more than 10 items or items that do not fit within the the standard large Australian Air Express Satchel.

The shipping charge for larger items will be advised during the checkout process.  Shipping Australia-wide only.  NZ can be shipped by request, please email us for shipping quote.

Orders will be sent free of a delivery charge provided that:

• the items making up the order are purchased in one transaction;
• the product value of the order is $100.00 or more (including GST.)
• all items making up the order are purchased from the web-site www.chatterboxtoys.com.au

Chatterbox Toys reserves the right to send all orders that are "Free of Delivery Charges" by Australian Air Express' Express Saver service. 

It should be noted that this 'Free Delivery' option is not available on any products purchased through www.facebook.com/chatterboxtoys.au  .

 Affordable Prices

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in Chatterbox Toys website. The prices quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Prices listed are excluding delivery.  Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Ordering and Payment

All items offered on the website for sale are in stock. On the very rare occasion that items may not be in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by email and advise you of the situation. All items must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packed before they are shipped. In the event that an item has a fault please contact us immediately via email so we can arrange a replacement. When contacted we will advise if we require the goods to be returned and which service to use to effect its return. The items can be exchanged, refunded or a credit note issued at our discretion.  Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

We will not accept responsibility for items that are damaged whilst in transit.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to Chatterbox Toys.  We will not divulge, sell or rent your personal information to any organisation or individual.  Chatterbox Toys is committed to ensuring that any personal information that we have about you remains confidential.  We do not use any information that you provide to us for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and supplying you with goods. If you choose to join our mailing list, your contact details will be used for that purpose. We will not release any information to third parties for any reason whatsoever, except when required by law.
